We enjoyed our stay in this charming hotel. The old wooden structure and spacious rooms were impressive. The common area was also beautiful and perfect for families. We appreciated the friendly staff and their welcoming attitudes. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to local restaurants and a nearby onsen.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The old town and proximity to the sea were really nice, and the hotel has some cool wooden architecture that made for some nice Insta pics. The common area was massive and gorgeously decorated, great for the holiday spirit with friends. The staff was hella chill and welcoming, which was so nice to see after a long journey. The local onsen center up the hill was really relaxing and the local restaurants had some tasty grub.
Our Christmas at the hotel wasn’t all that festive. The place felt kinda deserted, and even though it was supposed to be a family-friendly hotel, there weren’t many activities or events planned. The rooms were huge, but kinda empty and lifeless. And while the local restaurants were good, there weren’t many options nearby. the hotel had some great elements but it didn’t live up to its holiday potential.

The hotel is located in an old town near the sea, which is good for families with children. the wooden architecture of the hotel rooms is nice with beautiful walls and high ceiling. the staff is helpful, and guests can have a chat with other people in the common area. there are good options for local restaurants nearby.
The hotel lacks some facilities and needs to improve its service.

The location was great since it was very near the sea and in a pleasant old town. The hotel's unique wooden architecture added to the charm of the place, especially since it had huge rooms with great walls and ceilings. The common area was very spacious and beautiful. It is perfect for families with children or people who love to meet new people. The friendly staff was always ready to help. There were some nice local restaurants nearby and a good onsen center just a short walk or bike ride up the hill.
The hotel lacked some amenities that business travelers might find necessary. There was no business center available, so it was hard to work efficiently.
